This is a small, handmade business - Due to the custom and limited nature of our products, all sales are final. With that being said, I want you to truly love and be happy with the items you receive, so please read below:

 

Returns and Exchanges: 

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at edgyhippieco@outlook.com within 7 days if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and a clear photo so we can evaluate and make it right.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your Item. Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted. 

Wear and Tear Disclaimer:

Our keychains, shirts, jewelry, and accessories are made to be worn, used, and loved. Naturally, items may show signs of wear overtime. We take pride in using quality materials and supplies. Each item is made individually and with care to provide you with exceptional items! Please follow the care instructions sent with your item, to help insure they last as long as possible. We will not offer refunds or exchanges on items due to normal use or accidental damage.
